About Kittelberger Florist

Kittelberger's has been owned and operated by Willy E. Fuchs (deceased 9/89) and his family since 1940.

Prior to taking over the business, Willy worked for the Kittelberger family since immigrating here from Germany in 1928. Together with his wife Pauline, daughter & son in-law Hilda and Martin Horeth, and their five children and spouses...the business has "grown" tremendously over the years.

Starting with a very small store at the end of one greenhouse attached to the family home, our family was literally raised in the business with each generation learning from the previous one. We have expanded the buildings many times to our current over 22,000 square foot facility. Even though the house we grew up in has "grown" up to become the gift store, each of us still lives within walking or biking distance of the business.

Although many things have changed over the years, Willy's commitment to providing the freshest product and the best service at a fair price is now being passed down to his 4th generation.

Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

• From the East, take Route 104 West and get off at the Route 250 exit. Turn right heading North. Turn right at the first stoplight...Store is located on the corner of Route 250 and Orchard St.
• From the West, take Route 104 East and get off at the Route 250 exit. Turn left, heading North. Turn right at the first stoplight...Store is located on the corner of Route 250 and Orchard St.
• From the South, take Route 250 heading North. Go through the Village of Webster past Route 104 overpass. Turn right on Orchard St...Store is located on the corner of Route 250 and Orchard St.

A local delivery fee of $7.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee will be $12.95 which includes the wire out fee and delivery fee.)

U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
